Here is What People Are Saying...

“The $50-55 I paid my previous trainer is in no comparison to you and the gains I have made with you. My body composition is changing, I exert 10x more effort, and I see 10x more results. There is no comparison.”

-Ryan B.

“I’ve always worked out in group fitness classes - from bootcamps to spin - and considered myself to be in relatively good shape. Working out with Michelle in a 1 on 1 capacity has made me realize that my routine had been incredibly stale, and my form left something to be desired. Would highly recommend Michelle as one of the most knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and motivating trainers out there!”

- Sarah L.

“Michelle is the most knowledgeable and effective strength coaches I have worked with. She is highly observant, and always provides understandable direction and feedback. I recommend MBT without hesitation.”

-Tena L.

“Michelle epitomizes the best of what I look for in a personal trainer. She’s passionate, curious, and detail-oriented about fitness in a way that gets me excited about my workouts.

She has been consistently attentive to my fitness goals, pushing me to excel while accommodating chronic pain issues that have derailed my workouts in the past.

The individualized remote programs that she writes, in combination with her detailed exercise videos, have been a lifesaver in these socially-distanced times and are the perfect companion to the 1-on-1 sessions. Do your health a favor and reach out to Michelle asap!”
