FREE Home Fitness Routine Program


First, I hope you and your family are doing well!

Second, you are probably facing your own challenges during this time, but I wanted to offer you a resource for at-home fitness routines. I know that getting to the gym may not be possible and fitness may not be a priority for you at this time, but I wanted to provide you with a resource in case you want some ideas to maintain your exercise routine.

I have created 6-page Home Fitness Routine Program that offers you various options including small space warm-up routines, plyometric/jumping, change of direction and speed drills, outdoor and indoor conditioning, and both bodyweight and small equipment exercises.

All exercises include hyperlinks for videos and explanations.
