Diverge is a 12-week program focused on building strength, cardiorespiratory capacity, and movement variability by utilizing progressive overload, volume accumulation, progression through planes of motion, and exposure to various elements of training.
Secondary elements of progress include speed, power, and hypertrophy.
Phases of the program progress through sagittal, frontal, and transverses planes of movement that will teach you control, add rotational abilities, and skills.
This program is perfect for someone who wants to improve upon the standard strength and conditioning rocks while learning new elements of progression and to be exposed to creative exercises.
