Hybrid Programs and Coaching

Hybrid programs combine individualized training programs, remote coaching, and in-person training sessions.

In-person sessions will be held in Needham, MA and will be 1 hour in duration.

Individualized training programs are digital exercise regimens built around your schedule and needs. Training programs are supplemented by in-person training sessions and remote guidance.

Remote coaching includes email support, video submission and feedback, and access to the MBT exercise database to maximize results.

Benefits of remote coaching:

  • Work with a local coach that you trust in a private training setting
  • Receive additional support on days you exercise outside of a private training setting with digital feedback and communication
  • Combine the personal attention and feedback with training on your own time
  • Train more! Most people can only do 1-3 days of private training per week, but want to train 2-5 days per week
  • Receive a individualized exercise regimen for multiple days of the week
  • Ask questions, send videos, and receive digital feedback
  • Receive video descriptions for every exercise
  • Learn from an experienced coach who will tailor a exercise routine based on your abilities, goals, and schedule

Training programs can be focused on the following training and fitness needs:

  • strength
  • hypertrophy (muscle growth)
  • endurance (cardiorespiratory)
  • speed
  • power
  • athleticism (sport specific)
  • race training (marathon, 5K, triathlon, etc.)
  • body composition changes
  • general health and wellbeing
  • improving fitness while managing pain

1 in-person training session per month

4 in-person training sessions per month (1 per week)
